Shipping & Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Luerown item, simply send it back to us within 30 (thirty) days. This decision is entirely up to you and the exact reason does not affect our return policy.

At Luerown we are more than happy to accept returns or exchanges with our products. Please understand that we cannot allow returns or exchanges on "Final Sale" items. All items that our customers wish to return or exchange must be in their original condition.

What items are returnable?

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment In unused and original condition. Must be in the original packaging. The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in resalable condition with original tags attached from our LUEROWN online store with the original invoice for online orders, or purchase information from your printed store receipt.

Returns made within 30 days of the purchase date will be eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment.

What items are non-refundable or non-exchangable?

Sale items, free gifts, promotional items and personalized items.

Are there any charges for return?

There are no fees to start a return process. However original shipping charges are non-refundable.

You may return merchandise by selecting any shipping carrier; however, LUEROWN will not be responsible for the costs associated with the return.

How do I return?

We recommend selecting an insured and traceable shipping carrier. We are not responsible for import or shipping fees associated with returns sent from outside the United States. Ship the package to LUEROWN RETURNS, 279 Mott Street, New York, NY 10012.

Enter your order number and email address used for the order. You do not need an account. Select the reason for the return. And follow the instructions. You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will e-mail you to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, a typical refund would be processed within 1-3 business days. The funds can sometimes take up to 10 business days to be credited back depending on the bank and original payment method.

What to do if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?

If you receive an incorrect item or if the merchandise is damaged or defective, please contact LUEROWN immediately by calling 646.590.0335 or by emailing support@luerown.com
 
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace or credit altered merchandise.

How to refund my purchases with PayPal?

Merchandise returns purchased from the LUEROWN Online Store with PayPal may only be returned to the online store via the free prepaid shipping label included with your original order or by using our online link to request a prepaid return label in our “My Account” section.
 
Our Luerown store is unable to process refunds for purchases made with PayPal back to your PayPal account and can only be processed for store credit or exchanged for the full amount of the item(s).

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We use USPS® (average 1-3 business days for delivery). Shipping is free on all orders of $30 or more. USPS® shipping rates apply on orders less than $30, varying based on distance and weight. Please contact Luerown if you need to receive your purchase sooner.

WARRANTY POLICY

Luerown warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of 24 months from the date of original purchase.

Even if consumer protection laws or regulations are different in the countries in which you reside, the benefits provided by the Luerown Warranty apply in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection.

As Luerown, we do our best to make products that you can use for a long time.
